Lifeguard Class - May 17-18

Pre-course requirements: Students must successfully complete online pre-course and swim test in order to continue in the lifeguard class.

Online Pre-Course:

Students are required to complete online course prior to start of class. This online course link will be sent to students via email once the lifeguard class has been purchased. Proof of online course completion must be shown at the start of the lifeguard class.

Swim Test:

1. Swim-Tread-Swim sequence (200 yard swim with 2-minute legs-only tread)

2. Timed swim with 10lb brick retrieval from bottom of the pool (must be completed within 1 minute and 40 seconds)

Failure to complete the online course or the swim test will result in removal from the lifeguard class. No refund will be given for failure to complete these pre-course requirements.
